I had a great stay at this hotel. the location was fantastic, right at the heart of the city center and within walking distance of the cathedral's square. The value for money was also excellent, with affordable prices that didn't break the bank. The staff were incredibly attentive and provided great service, always ready to help with any inquiries or requests. The basic amenities in the rooms, such as the private bathroom, were a nice touch and added to the overall comfort of the stay.

The only downside to this hostel is that the bunk beds may feel a little cramped, especially if you prefer more room to move around.

This makes it incredibly convenient to explore all that Queretaro has to offer. There are also plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance, making it a great base for dining and shopping.

While everything at this hotel was okay, one area that could be improved is the breakfast selection. While the breakfast provided was simple and satisfying, it would have been even better if the water for the coffee had been served hot.

The location of the hotel was ideal for our romantic getaway. We were just a short walk away from the main square which was perfect for sightseeing. Plus, there were plenty of restaurants in the area for us to try. The staff at the hotel were also very helpful and friendly. They provided us with great recommendations for places to visit during our stay. Lastly, we appreciated the complimentary breakfast which was a nice way to start our mornings.

Secondly, the shared bathroom was not cleaned very often and appeared to be in disrepair. Lastly, the breakfast options were limited and not very appetizing. we would not stay at this hotel again in the future.

It's a perfect base for exploring Querétaro, with all the main attractions within easy reach. Additionally, there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, making it convenient for dining and shopping.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was more than satisfactory.

The hotel was located at the heart of the city, and everything worth visiting was just a short walk away. I really enjoyed the free breakfast, especially the freshly brewed coffee that really kickstarted my day! The staff was always friendly and helpful, making my stay really comfortable.

The facilities were a bit old and needed some upgrading, especially the bathrooms which looked a bit dirty. The showerhead in my room was also a bit tricky to use and took a while to warm up, which can be frustrating when you're in a hurry.
